​Like many whose hearts belong to the world of Culinary Wizardry, Mixology, and the joy of creating the perfect dining moment, we are die hard believers in the love, passion, and skill that is the Hospitality Industry.  Every restaurant and hospitality experience we have been blessed to know has been equal parts masterclass and playground.  This has evolved us to our deep understanding and belief that hospitality, culinary programming, and mixology are not only about technical skill and knowledge, but also about the ability to listen to each guest's needs and cultivate their individualized experience to rise above the norm. 

By definition, the phrase "insubordinate" means to be roguish, defiant, and rebellious.  Through the embrace of our skillsets and knowledge, and our passion and belief in the purpose of a hospitality experience cultivated for each guest, we intend to do just that.  To rebel against the norm, to be defiant against the idea that there is no more room to grow, and to be bold in our abilities to create with and for our guests.  We believe in this process and know that once we have achieved each guest's insubordinate needs, you will become a member of our family of hospitality.
