Lindsay began her exploration of Food, Beverage, and Hospitality at an early age and never looked back. After growing up in Texas, she has spent portions of her history in Florida, Pennsylvania, and has made Southern California home; creating rich and diverse knowledge in her skillsets as a Service and Hospitality Professional and Mixologist. Having spent time in a plethora of different genres and styles of all things hospitality, she has had the blessed gift of learning the art of creating a joyful handcrafted environment for all walks of life and looks forward to share this joy with you.
Chef Eric Travis
California born, Chef Travis has traveled throughout the United States crafting and learning from some of the most respected culinary minds, including working with members of the Southern California Culinary Olympic Team. With the beach calling him home, Chef Travis has worked along side many local restaurateurs to create and celebrate the art of Hospitality, speaking to a well rounded skillset that showcases an extensive knowledge and fusion of different flavors and culinary styles to inspire the imagination and celebrate his greatest passion: food.
